I have a bank account. I also have a credit card. This is from MANY moons ago. I don’t remember but I think the SOL is almost up. Just want if off my credit report. It is NOT used by the credit card companies. But I know it is used by many banks/credit unions here.
I am not worried about getting a bank account as I have 3.
Chexsystems is when you go bad on a bank account or write a bad check to a store. They put it on their system and it stops other stores from taking your check and also won’t let you open a bank account.
Thanks for the reply. Yes I have checked the SOL and it is 6 years in WI for debts. For judgements…unpaid 20 years… Paid 7 years.
Right now they are in 2 different folders. Current and Past SOL
Thanks for the input. I am going to try it with a few bills. I do have a 15% discount on my cell through my job plus and extra 5% if I sign up for auto pay. So I can’t get that with At&t. Just the fact that I could not even pay my bill online with Att&t it says I am not authorized to pay that account. Go figure.
I am so into this rebuilding and been cut off from credit cards for long. I don’t see me just shopping. Plus I already bought me my present with my tax return. A small gift and then was responsible with the rest.
Sucks I have to move this year. Cause I have 1500.00 stashed that could wipe out some of those bills in collections.
No the PNC does not graduate. I wish it did. I was not willing to go near Capital One and I figured having a relationship with the bank, may help down the road.
I am going to try this with one bill that is about $55. I do owe them more on other bills but thought I would start with the smallest one.

Very easy application. Must apply at a branch
I bank there so I can just transfer payments from my checking.
Deposit is $250 to $5000 I believe. I did $500
So far no complaints.Going to go for the deletion on one of the small bills in Collections first. The one I know I can pay in full next Month. Let’s hope they go for it. Mainly (99%) of the crap on my credit report is all medical. So much of the bad stuff has fallen off. I even had 2 judgements come off. Yes I did wait the 20 years for them to fall. I was busy/broke rasing my son as single mom. His dad caused those judgements so I was not paying them.
