    hello. Guys do u know where better to buy property in EU? what can you say about Belgium?

    If you are young and it’s the first time you are buying, you can have some benefits in Brussels and Flanders in french it’s called “abbatement” (not sure if it’s for young people only). Try to have some money first like 20 % of the whole credit, so you can have a better rate. And don’t forget to find a relaible real estate agency.
