I have been dealing with this the last couple of weeks. I have been wearing an SI Joint Belt while running for more than a year due to Osteitis Pubis, pelvic imbalances, etc and while it is not always the most comfortable It has actually stoped me from running for the last 11 days now and I hadn’t missed a day in about 2 1/2 years. I am wondering if anyone else has delt with this and what they have done about it? My PT says that my SI joint is locking, it is now unlocked so I can walk without a hobble, but when I try to run it feels like the SI joint is about to explode on the left side, even just on the first step.
